The next day, the 13th, we visited the Toronto Islands, as well as some other places in the city. We took a ferry to get to Ward Island and then walked around Ward Island and Centre Island. It was pretty there! (Very quiet.) We saw some ducks and 2 swans.
After we took the ferry back, we had lunch and walked to the Toronto Music Garden. On the way, we saw this:
The Toronto Music Garden was cool. It was designed by Yo-Yo Ma and some landscape designer and is supposed to represent Bach’s Suite No. 1 in G Major for unaccompanied cello. Here are some photos I took there:
Later, we walked to the Art Gallery of Toronto. The building looks as though it is supported by crayons!
