I recieved this award today from NevilleFan! Thank you very much! She just made this award and that’s pretty cool, although all the questions are things that I’ve already devoted entire posts to.
I was amused to see that she nominated Liam as well. Perhaps she didn’t know that blogging awards, particularly colorful ones, are traumatic to him. Perhaps she did know, and she’s just tormenting him. I hope it’s the latter.
Now, time for the requirements!
Rules
- You must link to the blog you received the award from.
- You must answer all the questions.
- You must pass it onto at least one other Amazeballs Blogger, the more the merrier.
- You must remember to tell the recipients that you nominated them, whether by commenting on their blogs, PMing them if you know them on a different site, or other methods.
- You must be amazeballs!
Questions
- What are your favorite song lyrics? I know this is a long quote, but it’s my favorite: “Throw a stone and watch the ripples flow / Moving out across the bay / Like a stone I fall into your eyes / Deep into some mystery / Deep into that mystery / I got half a mind to scream out loud / I got half a mind to die / So I won’t ever have to lose you girl / Won’t ever have to say goodbye / I won’t ever have to lie / Won’t ever have to say goodbye.” It’s from my favorite David Gray song, “Please Forgive Me“.
- What is your favorite book/book series? Harry Potter by J.K. Rowling is my favorite series, but you probably already knew that. My favorite book from that series and of all time is Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. My favorite book without any sequels is Sisterland by Linda Newbery. I wish it had sequels, though. It needs sequels. What happens next to Hilly, Reuben, Saeed, Rashid, Zoe, Heidigran, and all the rest? I must know, Ms. Newbery! I’ll think I’ll write to you soon…
- What is your favorite movie/TV series? Probably Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part I. Something non-Potter? How about Up? My favorite TV series is probably The Big Bang Theory.
- Who inspires you? Mostly authors. Terry Pratchett inspires me to laugh, Bill Bryson inspires me to be funny, Agatha Christie inspires me to guess, Roald Dahl inspires me to dream, Suzanne Collins inspires me to think, Rick Riordan inspires me to imagine, C.S. Lewis inspires me to create, and J.K. Rowling inspires me to question everything.
- What is your dream job? Author! As well as actress, comedian, and paleontologist.

I decided to act honored this time to be receiving such a… young… award. My post will go up soon– it’s on the waiting list.
And… you stole Miriam. Darn.
Good!
And haha, yes I did. 😛
I had my post finished by last night and I thought I was good. Then you come along and post yours first, so… IMPERTINENT UPSTART!!111!
Clearly, I am the more awesome one.
On the contrary, my dear, I believe that would go to me. I had the idea first, and I wrote the post first. Therefore, you copied my own idea, forfeiting your intelligence as a free-thinking individual and joining the throng of mindless Liam-plagiarists.
When did you write the post? -_- 😛
Nine last night.
Ha! I wrote it at 7, had stuff to do, and didn’t publish until 8 something!
Boo to you.
Ehehe, I’m flattered that you intended to nominate me too, Liam 😉
You’re welcome! We seem to be fighting over who has the right to nominate you…
Hey, you and Charley are two of the most awesome bloggers I know. Half of that comes from living in the UK.
Ehehe, a whole half? Shameful.
Of course, bloggers in general not being very awesome, saying that you two are two of the most awesome isn’t much of a statement. Saying that half of it comes from being Brits means that you are really not that awesome, but your culture and your peers make it look that way. It’s all relative.
I beg to differ, Head Phil. Bloggers are quite awesome!
They are severely misguided as to whether anyone actually cares what they have to say, yet say it anyway. They have strange names like… Well, having one yourself, I’m sure you can guess. And they are vulnerable to assassination attempts, since they don’t have any money to spend on personal bodyguards.
Said by a blogger…
Exactly. When a blogger admits that he isn’t awesome, and a blogger as conceited as I, that ought to be a bit of a give away.
Hey, hey. Next time stick with the compliments. You were doing so well.
Okay, okay, whatever. It’s honesty. (Kidding, of course. Bloggers are awesome. Usually.)
Ah, nevillegirl, it was most certainly the latter. I considered making a really plain badge, but then I decided to give it to Liam and I changed it. XD
Congratulations!
Oh, good, this one doesn’t look too traumatic (i.e, no set number of people to pass it on to). Might actually do this one, although not today. Thank you!
Aww I can’t believe I just saw this :O. Thank you so much ^^ I wish I could nominate you back xD.
You’re welcome! 😀
